Great location in the heart of the city, close to the bustling market and local attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a few disappointing aspects. there was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room.

The location was outstanding. Also the availability of free parking was a big plus. Gorlitz is a city very worth visiting for the wonderful historic buildings throughout the town.The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet. There were many other guests and they were all Germans. So you are off the beaten track with English speaking people.

They do not have an elevator. We were upstairs and had to negotiate 63 steps. At first we huffed and puffed but after a day we got used to it.Getting up there with your bags will be facilitated by the hotel receptionist. She helped my wife.
